With the new cafs and hours cut, my brtms are starting to look like the flow team >.> it's really a downer

Most of us have been rolling our eyes at work since the beginning of 4th quarter. The new CAF schedule is going to be hit or miss with our team. Besides myself, I expect at least one or two other TMs to start being vocal about their imminent departure.

Our team seems fine atm. Everyone is curious and a bit apprehensive about the changes, but nobody is super upset or anything. We haven't noticed a major difference in our hours so that's probably why.

I work at the front end (cashier/service desk) and I have no idea what's going on with flow and backroom BUT I am constantly seeing new faces when I have the opening shift. It seems there are always new people coming in for interviews for flow team and backroom positions. Last I heard was they were getting 9-12/hours a week.

Pretty much SL, FE, FA, HL and CA are the throw aways here.. I see more new faces there all the time... Flow and BR has been pretty stagnant... other than Q4... but I don't look for that to be the case for much longer. I think all the Q4's from SL/HL/FE are gone... and the only remaining Q4's are the Flow which is the first time in 2 years I kept people, if they stayed the entire Q4!

Most are at 16-12 hours, and I am actually running people out the door at 3.5, VAC? Don't fill, Break, NO! PUSH! Go home!

SO I am expecting to get about 12 self terms here any time now.. 🙁 🙁 Can't blame them when they don't get enough pay to pay car insurance, let alone anything else. Which says something because most of the Flow team here is senior enough or ROCK STARS (O, EX) to have gotten excellent raises and be well above most every one in the store. LOG also starts higher, by quite a bit...

We also recently lost half of our softlines team and hardlines are also very low on hours. My hours aren't great 25-31 ( cashier/guest service) but I stopped complaining when I saw the backroom/flow team/softlines team member schedules.

My whole team from early morning is looking to transfer to other teams. We are sick of the crap we are put through and the new process is already a disaster for us.
