1. so this is my third day of coming into work and I got trained already for cashier but when I come in and punch in do I go straight to the registers ? or do I wait and get assigned one?

2. will my gstl tell me when I need to go to break/lunch?

Check in with a GSA / GSTL. They may be waiting for your arrival to begin someone's break or have a specific task or register they want you on. The GSA / GSTL is responsible to ensure you get your breaks and lunch, so trust them to come to you or send someone to cover you. It is important you allow them to find the coverage for your breaks and meal because they will be balancing your time away along with everyone else's. You may be told to go ten minutes early if it's slow or wait ten minutes if they need to get back up. Do watch the time though, and be aware if it seems you are being missed, things do happen.
