Archived Market Pay Grade?

I'm flow right now but a market position has opened up which I'm considering. HR said it will either be a pay increase or a paygrade increase (can't remember which they said, or maybe both?) Does anyone know how much of an increase this would be?

Agree with hardlinesmaster, Yes it’ll be a pay grade right above and you should be earning 0.50 cents above your wage at the moment.
