I got a CA once for something that was completely beyond my control. All you can really do is keep your nose to the grindstone and stay out of trouble. @Kartman, you'll be fine. You're basically a rockstar anyways.

Thanks. I was surprised that it wasn't a coaching instead of a CA. I've never called out, always stayed late when they ask, came in on my days off when called, and do all sorts of stuff beyond the call of duty. I've never been told what to do because I'm already doing it.

Oh well... I've been in worse boats - literally! 😉

Like this one guy got coaches for being a few mins lastest, litterly the 6 or 7 min after the hour. The thing is, he always comes when called and always stayed to finish Backstock and come clean.

But none of thst matters lol

Unfortunately I wouldn't get your hopes up for anything more than an E Kartman. And Nauz, you'd know if you were on a final because your GSTL would have to take you into an office, have you sign (for the 3rd time usually) paperwork and specifically say it was a final warning and you'd be terminated if the behavior wasn't corrected.

Oh, I know I'm on a final. It was the first offense, but it was deemed harrassment and an immediate final. GSTL acknowledged he thought I wasn't trying to offend, but that it was a touchy topic, and basically said he never wanted to hear it brought up again.

Technically, they are supposed to go away after a year but they aren't pulled out of your file.
They might not use it against you but they certainly will keep it in mind.
