New formula for getting hours

Exactly what’s happening in our store. They are looking for early morning fulfillment people but I guess no one came forward to accept that role even when they guarantee max hours and all . So when my department people who unfortunately come early and are mostly long time TMs , are stuck doing fulfillment . For instance , yesterday I picked 5 opus and 4 standard batches . But no one helps finish our truck . Whatever time is left to do our job, is wasted searching things that are not yet pushed . You won’t believe how much work we have left pending . Let’s say we still have U-boats from April 11-12.I could keep going with more details but it might become obvious .
 
Our store seems to have reduced hours for mostly everyone . Although the usual 40hrs tms are mostly getting 35 hrs now and as it’s target circle week and all we are staying longer than scheduled doing fulfillment . This week was poorly scheduled even when they knew its target circle week . I don’t understand how this scheduling works !
My store insists on poorly scheduling EVERY week. It's like the holidays and event days mean nothing to them. And then the extra busy days the SD and 2 ETLs just stay home. Pisses me off every fucking time.
 
So this is just me spitballing here, and please 🙏🏾 don’t hesitate to comment, reply, like 👍🏾 etc. Sunday was a holiday, closed for “Blank”. Payroll I’m assuming, (I’m not an ETL, HR, So don’t crucify me) got banked. Apparently from what I’m reading 📖 in multiple threads, callouts, short staffed Across The Board (One Thread mentioned One 1️⃣ Team for Multiple Departments within the same Store 🏬) 😳😳🫣🫣🫢🫢. Was Sales even Met this Monday??!! Did Target 🎯 meet this week’s Quota??!! Was Nice Press Accomplished??!! Inquiring 🧐 minds would love to know!!?? 🤔🤔
