I got 10 cents this year.
10 cents. Even if I got 30 cents it would not be worth the raised blood pressure.
My store insists on poorly scheduling EVERY week. It's like the holidays and event days mean nothing to them. And then the extra busy days the SD and 2 ETLs just stay home. Pisses me off every fucking time.Our store seems to have reduced hours for mostly everyone . Although the usual 40hrs tms are mostly getting 35 hrs now and as it’s target circle week and all we are staying longer than scheduled doing fulfillment . This week was poorly scheduled even when they knew its target circle week . I don’t understand how this scheduling works !
Stores where closed Sunday. So was this week's payroll for 6 days of business or was it about what stores get for 7 days?
I’m genuinely curious, doesn’t it get exhausting consistently adding emojis after select words? Do you have like iPhone keyboard shortcuts set up to add them? I see this from people on linkedin and Twitter too
