Been at store from setup til now. Ppl think this is an office job,and need weekends off? Really?? Never in my lengthy retail career (corporate, store, and distribution) has soo many gotten away with this. The smartest ppl in the room have been drinking the kool-aid. I no long care 4 this entity.

@Uberdead, not everyone Believes or Even Cares about Spot, Target 🎯 or any Business Model. At the End of the Day, People Will Do What’s Best for Them and Their Families. Period. I’m sorry 😢 that it’s falling back on you and your team though as y’all are feeling the absence of them.
