A class adjustment is where your store is "bumped up" to a higher volume for that class and you are given more inventory initially and through replenishment. However, if it is a global instock issue there obviously isn't anything they can do. Hope that helps.

This could be our answer. We sell a lot of shoes here. One of the biggest complaints post-remodel was how small the shoe department was compared to before. Thanks!
