The same thing actually happened to me right around this time last year - I had zero hours one week then only 12 the following. I wouldn't worry too much as your lack of hours is likely due to lack of hours at your store.

Not sure of your particular situation but if you're interested in more hours, talk to leadership in your store about learning other workcenters.
