Hello,

Say you started out with 11.50 and then after review for the year they gave you an 18 cents raise and then you signed for your team lead you get paid 11.68 but it was actually after the review you see the 12 dollar rate on your check does that include the 18 cents or we just got a 50 cents raise instead. I am confused if the 18 cents is part of the 12 dollar raise.

That basically happened to me. Had a 30 cent merit raise but that got eaten by the bump to $12 and not added onto it 🙁

yea I thought it would get added to it but guess not since the 11.68 never happened and then it just switched to 12 bucks so I guess it was a 50 cents raise.
