we have a guy that works IS and he wears combat boots and has tattoos (most not visible,) but one day he showed up with bright blue hair with bits of highlights. nobody really cared, the ETLs thought he looked funny (not in a bad way,) but just individualistically different. nothing terrible about it.

One of our ETLs has full sleeves and a bunch of other tattoos (and was hired WITH them)....a few TMs have "colored" hair, visible tattoos, gauges, piercings, etc. I've never heard anyone say anything about how a particular person "looks" (well, except one, but that's because she epitomizes the "rebellious teen" stereotype and her rantings get more "out there" with every "out there" change of her hair color).
