If you want to be rehired as a team member, you will be unable to return to the Target 🎯 store 🏬 you were a Team Leader at. To my knowledge, you won’t be rehired at least until 6 months to a year if I’m not mistaken. Reason why policies are in place is because as a Team Leader, you were previed to confidential information concerning personnel. Things might have changed but to my knowledge, confidential information hadn’t. Others might share more details
