Archived RedCards and Corrective Action

REDcards generate bigger basket size and repeat business. I also believe that one of the biggest operating costs of the company is credit card fees. If the guest is using our card, we don't have to pay the fees.
We are coaching based on observation and not fulfilling core roles. Front end is something like educating and encouraging guests to get the card.
The alert on the PDA alerts is when a cashier is bypassing prompts by hitting K8 too quickly.
 
As others have mentioned, I also have already talked & talked & talked about RedCards by the time the k8 pops up. We have more than 1+1 even with SF, SLs & market all on back ups. So does Spot really want me to stand there and count to 100 before I press k8? Ugh! Long day & I'm getting bitchy. Off to bed for me.
