My store does something called ‘You make Target’ and its like recogniztion. Not necessarily team member of the month but just a person who’s doing well or got good guest comments lately.

We do. Not called that exactly, but it's done every month.

Not a dumb question at all. I have had team members try to transfer without working out their two weeks. They are termed unrehireable and another store won't consider them

@Sweetpolly , I noticed that you have multiple posts in a row that are written within a short period of time apart from one another. If what you wanted to do was add on to your initial post, there is an "Edit" option that you can click on (located on the bottom of your initial post next to "Delete" and "Report"). 😉
