Hi week of thanksgiving I'm scheduled under visual merchandising. I'm full time softlines/ operator . Wonder what I will be doing ?

Maybe helping with POGs or VMG Adjacencies. Or you could be doing what you normally do. Sometimes when they are short hours in one dept they will give you hours from another that has more than what they need. Doesn't mean you will do a different job necessarily. Best thing to do is ask your TL.

We are given 40 hrs a week for Amplified Gifting starting the w/o the 19th. We have 2 A&A TMs who will have hours dedicated to this "shop". They'll zone, fill, flex the "shops"; as well as keep Gift Cards and batteries filled throughout the season.

It's amplified gifting. Stores have more vm hours over the holidays even if they only have one 40 hour vm.
