FYI: At my store, if we know you're being termed, we still schedule you regularly and then once you're out we put your shifts on the swap log

Yup, we call them ghost shifts. We will also shift tag them for a new hire.

As its been said, 11/5-11 hasn't been written yet. Don't be too surprised at lower hours, as everybody is taking a little hit with seasonal hires coming in for Q4.

My schedule is pretty erratic. I've been given 16 hour weeks and I've been given 39 hour weeks. One week I thought for sure I was getting fired as I had no hours that week, just turned out that they didn't have a lot of payroll that week.
