@coolerqueen Overheads are a learning process. If your not tall or have long arms it's rough even on the wave. I try to explain that the wave helps you go up but if you don't have the lean reach it can still be a pain.
Try to prep them as much as you can the day before.
Start early, before store open is best.
Build in the air. The pencils were much to big to build on the ground then try to put up. I hung them in sections and put them together while they hung.
It's easier to move things around once they are attached to the ceiling, even if the hook is in the wrong spot if it will hold just hang it. Then you can let go of the sign move to a better spot and move the hook.
