MEGATHREAD Signing Tips, Tricks and Quips (along with howls of despair)

Did anyone set Casaluna towels yet? I set it Saturday night into Sunday morning and took the shadow box off for now. It is still listed on POG, but isn’t shown on the POG overview.

I am wondering if it should be kept or removed - since they want towels to hang on pegs where the box would be.

Well I accidently broke ours getting it off the shelf so I solved that problem. I certainly was confused but I don't see how it can possibly be on there with the peg hooks.

The new pog calls for all of the old signing still - but yet doesn't look built for it 🤷‍♂️

Ours is broken anyway and I kinda chipped it getting it down (that was heavy and whoever put it up last time wedged it in) so I am okay with it not going back up lol.

The shadowbox was trash for us as the park doesn’t have anything that would support it. The bedding, one stays though.

Did I miss something in stationery with the notebooks? The pog has like 7 different dpcis attached to one spot (where it used to be a assortment of various color notebooks with one dpci) and it pulled a full case of each.

I love how Target decided to drop another transition for babies for week of 3/30… toiletries again, but this time they flip the shampoo and pedialyte in the 4th section…

I saw this coming when I saw the shampoo above the drinks, but I love the waste of time it created

Also, did anyone else notice they want 18 inch pushers on the HC 32s? How is that meant to work? They sent us about 420 of those..

Did I miss something and 18 inch pushers is the new 32 inch shelves?

Realistically using any deeper pusher won't work- the farther back from the front, the more give you're going to get between pushers at the back and then items won't stay in place. I think it's a waste of space to put any items needing pushers on HC, especially when those items are not high capacity items like powdered drinks. HC shelves should only be used for bulk items.

What is moving to your HCs? My store is moving energy drinks over there. I think the singles go onto those pushers.

I set Toiletries. There was no Pedialyte. Pedialyte is part of the Formula POG. Sounds like an error at certain stores and it's being corrected?

Are you a small format? This looks like a combo pog.

Pfresh store here and our toiletries POG looks like this too. I saw it in passing and thought, "Weird Pedialyte moved out for Formula" but it makes sense when you think about where Pedialyte is in OTC- with the cough/cold meds.

Huh maybe I just haven’t paid attention haha. I just know a small format I worked in had pogs like this. They’d often combine the strangest things.

Looks like we have 32" shelves on a signing pallet but if they are for sodas how does that work when our base decks are only 28" deep?
That may be for the Water Wall/High Capacity Shelves. Since they are adding shelves on that wall too.

Our soda wall is big enough for 32" shelves, but I also know we are getting more fixtures in on Monday.
