Oh and next weeks sporting goods transitions came with signing:

New fins for water bottle aisle & a new header for Owala.

New fins and header for BOGG bags

Even though we just put up a header in the signing refresh 🤣

Guess my VM was on their A game because they set the BOGG header with the refresh.

Anyone else thinking all those new outrigger signs make for a cluttered look? Maybe it just takes a while to get used to them, but I think it makes the store look like a warehouse store.

Thanks ceva… delivered us a pallet with broken shelves that we needed for babies reset due to them putting too much weight on one pallet….

Also shorted us 2 of the gear risers which they claim they loaded them onto the pallet

You can’t make this up… we got sent new backer paper for the men’s shave and women’s shave… it has the holes perforated in it so you don’t have to poke your own. Yeah ok, that’ll def get swapped out. 🙄🙄

I found the box in receiving this evening and it was just delivered

Half of the ISM I have sorted is late arrived so no one has time to go back to it. It sits for a month and then I toss it unless told specifically what needs to be kept. Such a waste.

It also doesn’t help that they keep “delivering” speical Project ism and fixtures.

This week I’m 4 for 4 with missing signing and fixtures I need for the swaddle 2.0 reset…. And I also had all the shelves they delivered destroyed by them stacking the pallet

These posts make me apprehensive about the remodel starting in a few weeks. I'm not part of the overnight team, so won't be so directly affected. But when they can't send regular ISM on time, how are they going to manage sending remodel fixtures on time?

Well, let me put it this way: my store remodeled in 2024 and we are STILL trying to fix all the unresolved issues from it. Incorrect POG footages, missing fixtures, POG built with a pole workaround despite not having a pole in the aisle, entire adjacencies not matching the POGs we get sent, a Disney Shop that could look new & inviting except we get zilch for inventory to fill it.

Half our overnight team (hired specifically for remodel) was let go within weeks because they kept either showing up high or getting high while on break and also there was a lot of theft occurring.

One remodel, a lot of special shelving didn't arrive on time, so a few aisles were set, and then set again as the shelves started to arrive.

As we are swaddle 2,0 ours calls for branded backer paper in the first 5 sections (which we of course had to order), and the new storewide 2026 in the last 3.

If it doesn’t call for anything, you’ll just leave it bare gondola

Anyone that is a Baby Innovation prototype that knows how the Gear Focal is supposed to look? It came with no instruction sheet and I don’t know what to do and can’t find anything on Workbench besides for the UPPA brand and ours is Ingenuity.

Maybe yours looks better! Not that this pictured one is bad, it looks pretty close to what I remember seeing on WorkBench.

I installed our UppaBaby instead of waiting until the rep came in. That focal was in desperate need of visual help this morning! No ISM, two sad displays sitting on the base, no clear vision/story at all. VM to the rescue!!

If it's depth you're worried about, the walls can be adjusted back. We had to move the walls several inches back for the UppaBaby risers to fit. I was minimally involved with Baby so not sure where else in strollers risers would be going and if we're supposed to have them, we didn't get them sent to us.
