You know as I am reading this..... We have not had a remodel in infants, electronics, home.... ANYWHERE. And you guys are sad about undoing home. Here I am just HOPING for new rugs..... sigh. I do however as people are saying, think they need to come up with ONE model and just go with it a while. And our vml stays quite busy as well. Makes the store look quite nice actually. I think they have brought up sales a lot.

So true, I have nothing against VMLs but if their paygrade is N17, then PAs should be N13 for all the work we do.

And AP should be high also, dealing with all the scum, druggies, and boosters.
No reason why a VML should be getting SR TL pay to put sport bras on manikins.

Same in our store. She also does the seasonal and is a back up cashier.

All at probably $17 or $18 an hour too...

But target is paying for all of their "experience", so that's why they make so much. /s
