Oh, yeah...that's what I'm thinking of. None of this is in there.

If you have to, you can write down the receipt numbers. And manually rekey 'em in. It'll bring up the transaction.

I do recall being able to reprint receipts, under fix something. Maybe I'm just wrong though.

Wait...I think I know what you are referring to. There is an option to "see receipts" when you swipe the card or scan the receipt. But all that does is give you the receipt number or give an error. We certainly can't do any of the things that you suggest here.

As Barcode said, there's a VERY short window to reprint a receipt & it will require a supervisor override.
The "see receipts" function at SD was always alluded to but never delivered during POS upgrades 🙁
DPCIs & other trans info can be viewed on EJ & you can even print out an EJ copy which includes the trans # but NOT the VCD.
