No, I mean the TM who sent the woman to guest service since she was bitching that she didn’t have the cartwheel app. There’s not really much we can do for someone at GS in that situation that they wouldn’t be able to do at the front lanes

Not at my store! We give them the discount if they can specify what offer and how much off. We don't dare say no to a guest!

This is 100% exactly why I have my team member number locked into to my wallet.

After dealing with a difficult guest, I love to go to my mind place and imagine I run into that cranky little human being after work, and swiftly put them back into their place.

Sometimes I'm professional about it. Sometimes I'm Rorschach about it.
There is no in between.
 
Damn, I applaud all these brave farters. Sometimes I get these horrific cramps (my digestive system is fucked) and it hurts so bad, it stops me in my tracks. Like I can't even move, because I don't know what will happen. So I usually just pretend to look at something on the MyDevice until the cramp stops.
 
I actually found out that a TM at my store had been using their cartwheel for guests a few times a day at SCO

...with their team member discount attached.

When I asked her about it, she was like “oh well, what can you do!”

Call AP and have them escort her out since she's causing a scene for not having the app. And she won't stop complaining when the fact is she doesn't have the app on her phone doesn't mean we can magically give her the discount. Then what would be the point of having the app if we're going to be using our phone for them. Unless I get a tip, I'm not using my app for them. And my phone is for personal use so I'm not going to use it for work. Same if I'm off and I want to buy something that's not out on the floor, I'm not going to go to the TSC to grab a walkie and call out the backroom with DPCI to get the item for me.

I forgot how much I hate summer because of all the kids randomly hanging out in the store. I feel for those who work in a store located in a mall. I do like to have fun with the kids. If they are destroying shit or acting stupid, whenever they ask me what the price is on something I just make it up. "How much is this pepsi?" Um $2.50. Then they won't buy anything and leave.

Mall store here, it's the worse

AP lets me yell at them, I love AP for that
 
When I’m on the floor for some reason (usually bringing salvage to the back or something) and someone asks me where something is, if I don’t know I’ll just tell them we don’t sell it lmfao
