Honestly, other than being a supervisor, what are the actual benefits of being a TL? I would like to know.

Vacation and personal hours accumulates at a higher rate. You get paid 6 holidays (without having to work) as opposed to the 2 holidays TMs over 32 average hours get.

Your also guaranteed atleast 32 hours, but will get 40 almost all the time.

I already have insurance, not with Target. I thought there was more benefits as a TL. Oh well.

The things is, I write the schedule and I work almost every weekend. It's the busiest time for us and I want to be there for my team. It's rare when I have weekends off.

You get every other weekend off

I don't see that as a"benefit" :/
