SUBT999 is dead. Corporate ass fucks killed it.
But the problem right now is that not all stores have SFQ yet. My store is in limbo, where we can't SUBT9999 but we also can't change capacities... So we are having to leave piles of shit around the backrooms that keep coming out on pulls but won't fit on the floor. Here's the thing though, at least from what I understand. If CAFs are now based on filling OF counts to capacity, the whole concept of SUBT9999 is pointless anyway.
It's definitely going to be rough, and require more cooperation with the salesfloor, but I can see how the new system can be useful and an improvement over the old one.
Is it possible the SUBT app was simply updated globally and is warning you even though there's no actual danger? You might try doing it anyway, and just be ready to fix any issuesBut the problem right now is that not all stores have SFQ yet. Do you guys not have SFQ at all then? The SUBT app should still interact with the old accumulator setup as normal thenI might not be able to fix it until we get SFQ though.
I guess I need something to test it on that won't matter if I screw it up.
If you can't change capacities, you don't have SFQ yet. If you don't have SFQ, you're still using the accumulator. If you're still using the accumulator, SUBT9999 will continue to work as expected.I know we got the PDA update this week, and there was also talk of the accumulator phasing out as well.
We have training for SFQ scheduled starting next week, and I asked a knowledgeable TM today if it was possible to change capacities (after he brought a bunch of backstock back to me that I had backstocked and then pulled earlier in the day) and he said it couldn't be done yet.
I am rarely able to get my hands on a mydevice yet so I can't be 100% sure that we don't have it yet.
The audit is done by one of the opening TMs, and I suspect the CTL does the SDA for the backroom.Came in to my dayside backroom shift to discover no one had done the audit or backroom SDA yet.
Just wondering when you guys do those and who takes responsibility? I know some stores like to get the audits done early, where others save it for the end of the day
I have discovered the wonders of redwire alerts. No more remembering to check flex!
