Does anyone know how to drop a manual caf with a mydevice?
Scan an item in that fillgroup, touch the item name to get to the details screen, touch the fillgroup.

Almost forgot about the Item Merge Report. Also missing the capability of printing Monarch Labels (RFApps) on the Portable Printer for case freight. Had to use a MyDevice under Create Signs to make labels.

It probably takes more unnecessary time but I just empty the box and back stock it's contents.

Is it just me or is something missing here:

Looks like they took away your Planogram Fill function. If that's not a toggle screen (which I really hope it is), then they also took away Create Autofill, which would be ridiculous.

I'll have to look next time I work to see if anything was taken off our PDAs.

It is not a toggle screen 🙁

On the bright side, our TL was able to successfully argue that we now need a dedicated backroom myDevice. Bcode for FDC and candy orders, backroom SDA, pog fill, man caf. Probably missing other uses too.

We still have Create Autofill and Planogram Fill at my store, and I'm pretty sure I saw SDA still in WebApps.

I don't understand why some of you lost Create Autofill. Who drops manual CAFs (as opposed to EXFs, research, or POG fills) besides the backroom team?

Anyone elses store changing the way shoes are backstocked? We've now got to backstock shoes by gender, brand and size.. male, female, boy, girl and by size and brand of each. I have no idea what the point of it is...

We have always done it that way, makes pulling faster. Guest pulls are for sure faster. Also if you need to fill you can just walk back there and see what you have a lot or not a lot of.

Did anyone have fill groups randomly change recently? In my store GRC1 suddenly was filled with GRC3 items. It was fruits, veggies and fish items. It has changed back now but since it happened now our backstocking is all screwed up. Does anyone know why they randomly changed the fill groups?

Also, I am pissed that I now have to have a mydevice with me so I can print of label to backstock office. Why did they take the Bcode away from the pdas? My TL thinks its because they want to eventually make the transition over to only using the mydevices.

I've noticed a lot of things moving back and forth between GRC1, GRC3, and SNCK ever since the market reset.

All apple sauce products moved from GRC3 to SNCK and have stayed there. Certain canned goods moved from GRC3 to GRC1 and within the last two weeks at least some of them have moved back again (canned beans for sure).

Our GRC3 autofill was like 1-3 DPCIs for a while...

Yes! I love pulling GRC3...takes like 2 seconds, but I still get the satisfaction of completing a batch! It's a good mood-booster after something horrible like SNCK!

I loathe the applesauce being in SNCK. I hate pulling them to begin with, but to have the packages be crammed in to already-full wacos really sucks. There was plenty of room in the GRC3 wacos...it was glorious.

GRC3 has basically become our market flex area at this point. I hate that everything has become somewhat unorganized, but that's what happens when flow refuses to push properly for months on end...it's taking a long time to dig out of that hole, just because our market aisles were so full.

I drop manual CAFS all the time as a PA. It's usually bakery table and meat. Only reason I don't pull frozen myself is because I need my glasses or I'm blind and my glasses fog up for 3-4 minutes after leaving the freezer.

The last grocery transition reassigned a bunch of items from GRC3 to SNCK. It's pretty dumb since applesauces aren't stocked anywhere close to snacks on the floor.

I thought it was the other way around, that those items were going from SNCK to GRC3 to accommodate the nutrition bars moving from PHAR to SNCK.

Applesauce went to SNCK and stayed there while fruit snacks moved over to GRC3 for a few weeks before moving back to SNCK when we did the last grocery transition. I just saw no reason why most of GRC3 moved over to GRC1 for about 2 weeks last month before just reverting back.

Lemme know how your "dedicated" device works out. Every morning at 8am my electronics, fitting room, and guest service tms have to track down their myDevices and/or pdas. Each labeled on the charger and device...

Probably because most of GRC 3 used to be part of DRY1 back in the day.

We ordered another charging station that will get hooked up inside the locked cabinet at the receiver's desk. As long as we don't lose it and remember to put it back there when finished, it should last for a while.

Don't make me repeat myself...😎

Receiver's desk is just as apt to get raided as any other thing at my store...they don't take his pda only because he's broken it so much only he will deal with it at this point. A rock is more useful...

Yeah, they are slowly transitioning away from the PDA and every application will be on one single device. It will not be an iOS mydevice however. It will be Motorola handheld containing everything.

I'm fine with them transitioning away from PDAs. PDAs are old tech and Target should absolutely move forward. With that said, Target should not remove essential functions from the PDAs until the new devices are in stores. MyDevices are hard to come by as is in my store.

What's next? Are they going to remove the subt web app?
