So I have two questions. First off I started about 3 weeks ago. I have four years of cashier experience from another grocery store. I have yet to do any computer based training, I didn't receive a training booklet, and I haven't signed off on anything regarding my training. I haven't even recieved a name tag.
At my old job, I did train several cashiers because I was the best at cashiering. My target had hired several new people & I trained majority of them, even though I'm new myself. They'd give me someone to train each day I was working even tho there were other cashiers working who had been there for years, why is this? Is there a reason they chose ME to train, and is there a reason I didn't have to sign off on anything? I was thinking maybe because of my previous job but I'm not sure..
