Archived Uppity ETL's? Does this happen at your store?

ETLs are there to make sure the job gets done, not to be our friend(s).

Including the ones that refuse to do LOD shifts or speak with guests?
Like the LOD we needed to come speak with a guest once, and instead of responding, she turned off her walkie so she wouldn't have to listen to us call for her? That was precious. Thankfully she's an STL somewhere else now and no longer our problem.

All of the ETLs and STL at my store love me, besides the one i directly work under. I can always throw a arcastic joke at them, and know they will laugh at it. Except the ETL i work directly under who I believe was .5 seconds away from throwing a box at me one day because I showed up at the baler with boxes from my last pull after he had been crushing them for the past 10 minutes.

Retailgirl I know what you mean. Last week we were short of Sbux people so they needed help even to just ring, while the two made drinks and wrote cups. They kept hitting the call button over and over. No GSA, GSTL, LOD or STL went over to help or even talk to them. Which was why they kept hitting the button. I was the hardlines person and had to shut my walkie off to stop the incessant back up calls from both front lanes and Sbux. And I mean the only person for all of hardlines on a Saturday afternoon.

I have never been so close to just walking out in over 5 years.

Our ETL-GE/SL is Cruela De Vil incarnated! I will do what she says but I have NO respect for her what so ever. I think this holiday season will be my last at Target.
