I have a couple of vacations planned and will not have enough PTO to cover them. If I request off for those dates in a timely manner, will approval for days without pay be an issue?
Unless it's a major holiday or the week before/of inventory there's no reason it shouldn't be approved. Just be up front with your TL/ETL telling them you've put it in.
