Greenfield does provide stocking goals for freight based on each custom block. It doesn’t account for back-stocking and clean-up. I think 60 cartons an hour is a flex goal, but it’s more like 50. I think food is 40 because of FEFO. Unless you’re in an area with heavy detrash like dec home, I thinks it’s pretty doable if you’re taking your uboat with you to reduce steps.

We're told 45 seconds per casepack, 6 mins per repack

I am currently assigned 2-3 uboats 7 hour day, daily of about 35- 45 casepacks each sorted over 32 aisles of HBA. TL doesn't understand why I don't finish each boat at a minute a box. Reasonable?

And...2-3 pallets of repacks daily are resorted into 3 tiers by 2 TM s who take about 2 hours to.. re sort the entire store of presorted repacks. Reasonable use of time?
