So i'm a new GSA. My service desk accidentally left the register open for about two minutes. No money was stolen and it was a honest mistake. She's a very hard and dedicated team member. Should I notify my LOD or just let it slide?

I know in the future it won't be but currently at my store we still have a GSA and i'm one of them.

My store is behind then because we still have not gotten rid of the GSA title yet. They said over the next couple of weeks it'll be phased out but currently there is still a GSA.
