Our GSTM usually has to deal with a guest returning an item that has gone further clearance at another store (say 50% off) but wants to exchange it for the same at OUR store when it's only 30% off.

at my store we do not price match other store's clearance. no exceptions. if you want it so bad go back to the store you saw it at.

That's what they tend to do unless ETL-GE is there; she rolls over on ANYTHING.
