So I love doing GS. I asked my GSA why I was never getting GS shifts and they said it was because I wasn't GS "certified" in the POS system and made my "certified". Does that really tell the scheduling system to give me GS shifts or not? Do the two talk to each other?

Today I was working at guest services, and when a guest was making a return WITH a receipt, the register prompted me to scan her ID. I thought this was the weirdest thing and I had never encountered that before. Has anyone else ever had this come up?

Got a lecture in huddle tonight from the stl saying employees are no longer allowed to put any items on hold. Said it came down from hq and it was supposed to put the guest cirst and blah blah blah. Anyone else hear this speech?

The stores in my area are doing away with integrated guest service. My store is putting the guest service desk where photo used to be. Another store is putting guest service where the Target Cafe used to be.
