It's pretty simple.
If Spot challenges it there will be a letter with a time that you will be called when the investigator and their rep will be on at the same time.
You just tell your side of things and it will go from there.
They tried to say I was fired for hostile actions and I proved it was performance, so I got my unemployment.

I hope Target doesn't challenge it. They need to just accept defeat and give you what you are entitled to.
