Archived Advice for AD takedown

Hey,

I was wondering your thoughts on the most efficient way to doing ad-takedown. I did it for the first time after 9 months and I went really slow, so I was just curious.

Ad takedown? What's that:huh: At my store on sat. night you take down the ad in your area as you zone. We don't even scan the ad out in the pda any more. We used to have 2-3 people do them all as not found in the PDA. Now we don't even bother. Of course I find expired ad signs still up all week long, but cut hours means cutting corners I guess.

Even if the signs aren't done as Not Found, if they're not scanned out, shouldn't they show up on the PCV?

Yes, they do.

I have no choice. I do what my srtl tells me to do bp on ad setup. They get the hours for my team during the week for ad setup.
