I am currently holding in my hands a copy of something called "low volume structure test" fresh off of sharepoint. It details problems and possible solutions to issues with the upcoming test in several stores where TL's are eliminated completely. It's not rumor folks. its fact, and its coming to a store near you soon. You can find out anything you want to know about AE's, structure tests, etc. about 6-9 months in advance by checking sharepoint.Target.com from any store computer. You don't even have to have access to workbench. Just type it in the address bar. More specifically, find info on all HR or structure related projects by going to
It's all there folks. Before it even hits Tina's desk. My gift to you, as I leave spot in two weeks. I would have been performanced out by AE12, but since I knew about it months ago, I had time to look for a better job. I start with Lowes as a ASM 2 mondays from now.

Please delete the info on where you found it. Some of us have been using it forever to get info and if they see it perhaps they will lock it down. But yes you can find all sorts of information on there, AE info, PPA grids, succession plans, store pilots, etc. etc.
Did that link ever work, or is it only for store use?
Freaking take the transfer dude!!!! The STL just told you they are over headcount. That means if you don't transfer they have to get rid of someone. Since he wants you to transfer, that probably means you are the TL he has decided that needs to go. If you don't take the transfer, chances are they will push you out the door totally and you will be looking for a new job.

At my store, all TLs without at least 60 college credits were recently eliminated.
Obviously they have big plans for the future of TL positions. Either make the requirements much higher to be one, or simply get rid of TLs completely....
So glad I am leaving to Sony.
Sorry.....Calling Bull**** on this again.....Not one thing found to support this from Google, Yahoo, or Bing. Ball is in your court......
Does anyone have any information regarding AE 2012 for a Volume B store? Thank you in advance!
Unaffected by a majority of changes.. as long as you are Org Chart 3 or higher.
Unfortunately, my store is an Org Chart 2.
I don't quite understand the Org Chart vs Sales then? We are a B-Volume and Org Chart 3. However, one of our sister stores is also an Org Chart 3 but they have one less ETL than us. We are barely under an A though. Maybe that has something to do with it?
In the AE meeting they mentioned how we are lucky that we have an ETL-SL and an ETL-GE (unlike Org 1&2), so I'm guessing they're under at the other store; I wonder why they're not actively filling it then. Hmph well, not going to lose sleep over it!
