Anyone still have AT&T reps?

We still have ours. The cringe they bring to the store... I feel bad for any guest that gets stopped by them just wanting to shop peacefully.

The ones at our store didn't seem to be too pushy, but, yeah, those guest interactions could be pretty awkward.

Ours stopped showing up at some point. Much nicer back in Tech when you don't have to listen to them badger guests.

Ours are just old 50 somethings that don't seem to grasp working with my team or how strictly we manage our inventory

Our MS rep is great and very knowledgeable.

However she is the only one in our store

I would think Target would require MS have the store staffed more.

Then again MS goes through employees like crazy even before the pandemic.

Our Ms cannot keep our store staffed. They have never ever been pushy, but that's because none of them save one was ever been serious about the job.
