idk if anyone elses store has the plastic containers (i believe 56q? maybe...) but theyre $1.78 and we have three different locations through out the store with them and they sell out within the day we put them out. we consistently get asked if they are really the price. people have bought ten of them at a time.

For your store, they probably came out with the price that was the lowest clearance price (70% off) when they went clearance last year. My store has Smart Ones mini buffalo chicken sandwiches for $1.58 (half of what it should be, we had them before and then they went clearance) and we recently got Eggo Confetti waffles that ring up as the same DPCI for pumpkin spice (I'm guessing the DPCI is a catch-all for the Eggo seasonal flavor) which went clearance last year at 50% for $1.12. It happens from time to time and usually a mysupport will fix it.

Beats me why those things sell so quickly.

I can sort of see why these are so popular. When I was younger, I use to collect these type of figures, but they were Pokemon. It was all about collecting all 150. So just think of these as Pokemon. Gotta Catch Them All !

Yeah but at least Pokemon had a TV show, and video games, and a popular card game. Shopkins appear to be from nothing.

Like someone else said it is probably the last clearance price and was never updated on the new planogram.

Another note. Buying items at a price that you know is incorrect can lead to final warning or even termination. I would be very careful with items like that.

well everyone in my store knows about it, and no one has said anything haha. so either its the right price, or no one seems to care.

Fir our store most times setting the pog prompts a price accuracy label. Or price change label in a day or so. Strange it's hung on so long.

Doesn't really matter what other people are doing or know if your the one that gets caught.

All it takes is for a slight change in leadership and the dominoes start falling.

I'm pretty certain $1.78 is not a normal price for pretty much anything in the store.

I'm not saying I'm taking advantage of anything... I literally think the price of the item I bought is correct. I've had talks with tl's and etl's about the product. The plastic bins I talked about seem to be the right price. If someone fires me over buying said product, then there will be some fight on their hands.
