What I am pointing out is that people are wrongly blaming corporate for the equipment shortage when it is the store's fault for not properly maintaining their equipment
The fact so many of our stores have equipment issues shows that it's not only a problem at the store level.
Once it became obvious that every store would have a rotating door of equipment the wise thing to do would be to have a surplus of equipment to account for the attrition. Instead we continue to run on bare bones and it's not fair to make people do their job on their personal devices. I shouldn't have to go on my phone at work to find out if another store has am item or not.
The survey question didn't specify if it was corporate or the stores fault. The fact is tms don't get the equipment they need and Target deserves the lowest score possible in that category until they figure it out.
