Service & Engagement Can I speak to a manager?: A front end thread

@Amanda Cantwell There is an application currently in-development/pilot that allows you to 'chat' the csc and it will create tickets. Currently I believe the first feature rolled out is out of stocks of items for prolonged periods of time. Ideally i think the idea is that you will be able to get any help this way.
I was selected to pilot this, but haven't used it yet. Chatbot. Only Instocks issues, as you say.

OMG THIS IS AMAZING I WANT IT NOW. I assume it’ll be integrated into myhelp?

The issue is we don’t have a way to report POS bugs that aren’t worth the time to call. For example, returns using k2 quantity are broken. I’m not wasting my time to call that in, but I do want it fixed. We need a way to make a ticket for non urgent POS issues.
Oh, yes, I hate not having the K2 available for returns. I once had to return 40 cans of cat food individually.

are soda streams autoordered based on "on the floor" or "on hand" counts?
I hope its on hand as that's the number that's correct and I can't correct on the floor bc we're over capacity and I don't want to adjust that

Also broken is missed coupon for free gift card when you buy X weekly ad coupons. It requires supervisor numbers but shouldn’t as it’s not a manual coupon.
I’ve noticed this issue as well, but only if the gift card is more than $5. Sucks having to call a GSTL over for this. I was told to just do it manually by scanning a gift card, adding $15 to it, and doing 3 $5 target coupons instead, but I really don’t think that’s a good idea as the person could just go to a different cashier or another target, do a missed coupon, and get another gift card

Sodastreams are on hands but you should still be updating your “floor count” if it’s off. We didn’t get soda streams for a month and it’s because our on hands for way off. I updated the count, accepted the drastic count and now they won’t stop coming. We have 4 boxes at GS currently.

I had to do a drastic count bc a GSA zeroed it out and now we have way too many. It was fine before they zeroed it for no reason. We had the right amount now we're drowning in them.

You can create register tickets if you get the my tech app. I use it all the time if specific parts of the registers are down. No calling. No troubleshooting. My GE and STL know I have the app and their response was “as long as you’re on the clock and it lets you log in I don’t see why not.”

Lol doesn't that require airwatch on your personal phone? Not in a million years

Every time we get a “no” person they end up getting moved out of guest service because they get a lot of bad surveys and the STL tells the GSTL anyone who gets a bad survey isn’t allowed to be in there.

I was told to just requisition a gcard under the 950100 account for missed gcards.

I’ve become my store’s designated no person. They’ll send problematic, scammy guests to the service desk to me and have me hope on register to take coupon scammers/ tag switchers because it causes me so much joy lol

Not many leaders are aware of this but there's actually a hidden paygrade for the "designated no person" role that starts at $40/hr. Might want to bring it up during your next review.

In all seriousness though if you do have the app could you report not being able to k2 quantity for returns (it errors once you hit Total) and the issue previously described with missed weekly ad coupons over $5?

Yes I can attempt tomorrow at work but I believe I can only open incidents on hardware with the app

Just kidding there’s a POS application option so I’ll try that 827236F8-D9FF-434A-99E7-9F7D6D2ABBDC.jpeg

Can I do it in myhelp?
Possibly, the appa are based on each other. Go into the register (I just picked a GS one) and you should see the options in that picture and then swipe left on the item to want to create an incident for. Atleast that’s how this app works

Hmm. Okay I’ll try next time I’m in. If you’re able to as well that would be good though so they know it’s not just me!
