Sure hope phase 2 means the DC is sending only eaches. And palletized trucks.Anyone hear about Phase 2 of end to end coming in June

Everything is repacks where you are e2e or not. !Sure hope phase 2 means the DC is sending only eaches. And palletized trucks.
I've been hearing about this and I hope it's not true. This would effectively turn working a truck into working a trailer full of CAF pulls (or even worse, reshop). I don't see how this would be remotely efficient.Sure hope phase 2 means the DC is sending only eaches.

If you ever had to deal with a crap ton of styrofoam. in domestics, you would understand.
And having the DC deal with this while greatly increasing the chance of damage during shipment to the store saves the company money how?
I am not sure if this is sarcastic or not, but, having the decent possibility of being trapped in a -20-35 environment, is more than likely against the law.
Is this fact based on living in the wild or captivity? LOLArthur Valdez wants to 'turn Target from an elephant into a a gazelle.'
Elephant lifespan = 60 - 70 years
Gazelle lifespan = 12 years
Live fast. Die young.
Any questions?

Elephants live longer in the wild. Up to twice as long. Gazelles are the opposite. They only live up to 8 years in the wild and 12 to 15 in captivity. His analogy wasn't the best because elephants have no natural enemies while gazelles are prey for every predator around.
Its not if you aren't E2E but if you are then its no different. You have a person who does them anyway? So there you go.I've been hearing about this and I hope it's not true. How many departments are there?I'd much rather work cases from a presorted pallet.... than work eaches from a plastic tub [from the truck.]
aka. I'd rather corp work on better loading the trucks so that departments are already sorted onto pallets.... instead of loaded all hodge podge into the trailer and sorted on the line.
My store is finally rolling out to this. I'm scared.
