You can check the order forecast report on store reports and you can also see the current max as well as a ton of other useful live stats on myPerformance (Logistics > Site Map > F > Flexible Fulfillment Reports > SFS Order Flow).

On a related note, does anyone know how to use the "current backlog" number on the order flow report? My best guess is that a lower number is good and a higher number is bad, but that's about all I can figure out.

We were talking about this as well and no one had angry idea -_-

Has anyone received communication on whether their max orders are actually decreasing next week? According to my ETL-OPS, we were told by Corporate that instead of going down next week we'll be staying at 900 orders. OT is approved and they're calling in all help they can get and I've been penciled in for around 55-60 hours next week.

Yeah our orders are supposedly actually going UP (currently in the 400s). We were told to add 140 hours to next week's schedule. I don't really think it's going to be crazy at all, but I'll gladly take the OT.

I haven't heard about next week but this week I've done 60 and I got called in for tomorrow.

Wow. I'd like that!

We're at 950 for a couple days then dropping to 650 then from the 27th on down to 350...say bye bye to all the seasonals on the team to compensate for the 100 hour drop. 16 hours on the new schedule for me until then though..

The 50% off kids' PJs...oh my. I had an order for a particular onesie (girls turquoise unicorn) in a medium -- last one we had. A mom and her daughter took it to the FR along with another set of PJs. So...I of course skipped then stalked the FR. And dammit, they decided to keep the unicorn onesie. Boo.

Does anyone know the number to order these bags?

Someone brought a return back in it and I'd love to get some for my pick up in store orders.

Thanks for the help.

I think the SFS servers are acting up again. Had some collates (like, 3) for a cart print out 4 hours after it was scanned in, even though most of them came out on time. Someone on Reddit also experienced something similar, but I was just curious if any of you had any issues today.

Yes. I had a cart sitting for hours before the collates finally printed.

The wait for collates can be killer, really wish that whole system just worked... better.

That can happen if different items in the same order end up getting picked to different carts. Items will sit in the first cart forever until the rest of the order in the second cart gets scanned in.
I've been big stickler about people jumbling up their batches lol

How many TMs do you have per shift when you have 250 orders to batch/pick/pack?
4-5, two early, two mid, one overnight

Is there anyway to see how many flexes you've fulfilled for the year? Kinda like the Brla report?
There is a report on the store reports page, but it doesn't break anything down by person.

That happens occasionally all year long. As long as it's not skipping every cart, every time, I wouldn't worry about it. Just wait for two printer cycles and if you still don't see them, check some items in order inquiry (to make sure they are actually in hold) and then call CSC.

How is everyone's January order forecasts looking? Ours varies between 200 and 350, depending on the day, which seems absurdly high since we were at something like 150 before 4th quarter.

I don't know the exact numbers, but ours looks pretty low. Today nobody at all was scheduled for SFS. I even checked the schedules of some of my team members that were trained in it and they didn't have SFS shifts for January either. I'm actually fairly sure we had less than 15 items on the flat for UPS. Looks like, for now, our SFS stuff will just be something backroom does on the side.

We're down to 350 starting the 27th. We haven't been this low in over 2 years ._. This time last year we were dropped to 600 and we felt that was low. Sucks because we hired like 10 people for sfs to deal with what was supposed to be complete anarchy then turned into a snorefest for a month. We'll have to cut all of them to get the rest of the team "actual" hours.

That's ridiculous that you guys at an ESFS store are going to be doing a similar amount as us at a regular SFS store. The ESFS stores in my district both have high caps of around 700-900 in January.

Fucking hate it when they flex things all around the store. I just cancelled SPUs for a plastic storage bin. Guests kept ordering this storage bin and I cancelled 11 of them.

The hell im supposed to know they flex it all the way in the Bath section.

Probably should've checked with your LOD first.

Flexing is exactly why I fail to make deadlines and bug the shit out of ETLs. "Hey have you seen X? Oh it's up in toys? Never would have checked there thanks"

Our SFS is pretty much non-existent now. At least I'll get to cross-train around the store until it picks back up (if ever).
