Who the heck has time to write vibe cards or gtc. That was one of my review things that I didnt do enough. Im like well I give verbal recognition right to whoever at the time it happens. Sorry I dont waste my time in the TMC filing out a card every hour and actually do my job

We announce over the walkies when someone gets a red card. Our etl-ge got on and said "Awesome!" It took all my self control not to get on and say, "Don't you mean amazing?". But she has no sense of humor and probably wouldn't get it.

I haven't gotten a vibe yet and I was noticing " certain" faves are always getting them like tons of them so basically the same person over and over is getting the vibes over and over again! I just kept seeing the same names over and over again! Vibes what a joke!
Aren't you supposed to write your own? I don't even pay attention to those cards....
I've been given two Vibe cards now by other TMs. What's the point? It's like a pat on the back in paper form. Does HR see them? Do we get a $0.02 raise for every one? Really what's the point...
I can safely say that I haven't written a single one yet & don't intend to.
Did anyone see a document on workbench with some example vibe cards written by some executives at corporate ?
it was seriously cheesy.
