So, I've been at Target for about 5 and a half months, and I was under the impression that after 90 days your supposed to get a "review". Well, it has been well over 90 days and I never got one. Should it be something I should be concerned about? Or should I just not worry about it?

Nope, don't worry about it.
You're supposed to get one, but sometimes TLs forget. They forgot about mine and when I asked about it, they said that they forgot but to not worry about it, they're not letting me go.

I never had one. You don't need to worry about it. If you are curious what they think you can ask your TL if they want to do it, or(what I recommend) just ask them if there's anything they would like to see you do to improve. That will look good because you are being responsible and proactive about your development.

Yep...I asked my GSTL what I could do to improve. Supposedly my review was submitted to the ETL-HR for approval and has since been lost in the shuffle.
