Oh, and for the record, I looked up the policy and did NOT violate it....I followed it TO THE LETTER and potentially saved them $$ and a lawsuit....

I refused to sign mine and was told I had to.
On the first one I wrote 'refused to sign'.
After that I just didn't sign them.
What were they going to do?
Not let me leave the office till I did?

It doesn't matter if you sign it or not, they are still valid and kept in your file.

Yeah but if you sign it, you are validating the issues raised. If you were to fight for unemployment later on, it could be used against you.
