I saw it last night at 9pm. I liked the update. Know what would be nice? A grid with prices for the item so we know if it's worth clicking to validate

Yea like that! And we actually don't pricematch game stop cause they intermingle their pre-owned with new and management doesn't want us to waste money and time arguing with a guest

What is the official (and is it on workbench?) guidance on what electronic items guest services should be automatically defecting/crc with returns even if the guest claims that it works?

There could be personal data stored on the item. Workbench has more details.
15 days in Apple returns - go to crc.
30 days on other items.
Returned tvs are tested by the vendor & rewrapped if they worked.

Our store still hasn’t setup the thing where the vendor checks returned TVs. But what about something like a returned portable battery? Looks new except the seal is broken. Should that be rewrapped or just put back with the rest?

They wont inspect the TV's anyway. They will just slap the sticker on it without inspecting it at all. Literally most of the inspected TV's have been returned because they were actually broken. Shocking...

They tried doing that at my store during a visit that included the apbp as well & now when they come in they have to report to the PML or ETL and first thing check the TVs and inspect with the PML/ETL there. I was told it was a combo of Shortage/Guest Complaints as well as them being caught just slapping stickers on them.

Hello my lovelies...miss me? Has anyone seen a directive to pull all non-Apple brand watch bands? They've supposedly served out c&d to Etsy sellers as well as spot/walmart but I can't find any actual proof either way...
