Our store this year has been doing a lot of time management and now require constant communication over walkies. Is this just my store or is this storewide thing?

I get that we are short staffed and they have to get on our ass but now it's frustrating because sometimes these time tables are ridiculous and it's starting hurt our morale.

Dip in morale?

The expired container of Favorite Day cookies in the breakroom didn't fix that?
nor did the blackened Bananas nor the strawberries that needed a haircut nor the… well they looked like they were at one time green but had morphed into something other than what they started out as but you get the picture.

our day to day lives look as tho they are going to get really bloody hard esp with the financials that just dropped

Hell that’s always gonna be a thing even at other companies. It shows managers are weak and are on a power trip.

Exactly.

Walkie chatter at my store is awful, depending on the ETL and TL staffing for the day. Yesterday was stupid. It's really kind of embarrassing, knowing that guests can hear it too.

We don't have the time management stuff going on, but it wouldn't surprise me.
