You could just go to trouble shooting and push reboot register. That will do a full reboot.Try to hard restart your POS ( like power button restart )

Too bad that doesn’t give the option still…You could just go to trouble shooting and push reboot register. That will do a full reboot.
HI THIS IS GUEST SERVICE.The multi receipt returns are now available!
that looks identical wtf. I always thought new POS was homemadeThis looks familiar. I just can't figure out if it's elo's software or a different company. Would love to know.

That's what I thought!! I'm sure it's heavily customizable and in a more modern coding language then the last. The last one was NCR I believe which has kind of fallen behind.that looks identical wtf. I always thought new POS was homemade
why would we tho? unless Target is working with Elo to make their own POS software to sell? which even then is iffy. That is truly bizarre. Our POS is home built, I wonder if we made a demo for them?
If that is the case, I wouldn't put it past Target as a leader in retail technology to sell the same tools they use in their own stores. I mean they are doing it with advertisement. Roundel. Media, re-imagined by Target - https://roundel.com/why would we tho? unless Target is working with Elo to make their own POS software to sell? which even then is iffy.
yk this makes more sense but the more I thought about it it doesn't. why would Elo show off beautiful software that companies can't use?I’ll bet Elo paid target to change the color to blue and let them use it in the video. I don’t think we’re selling the software
yeah that makes sense. EVen iuf they could I doubt they would want to. bc what if Walmart execs want this and see the target logo? Might change their mind.they almost certainly cannot legally use target branding in their marketing so it’s simply a visual demo to show what can be possible on their hardware
But like, why show off proprietary software?
other than home depot. Target is the only company i’ve ever seen actually build their SCO software themselves. most just go for the really shit and slow NCR software.and then build their own anyway
when i say "build their own", i mean reskin an existing productother than home depot. Target is the only company i’ve ever seen actually build their SCO software themselves. most just go for the really shit and slow NCR software.
similar issue happened with me. this guest was doing a registry return but i’d get the oops message.“Oops!” message pops up. I had to tell them to click “receipts” instead of “start a return”.
Yes. I had this happen a bunch over the past couple of days. It was especially frustrating when it was someone that had texted them a gift receipt that way. Hopefully it’s fixed soon. When the barcode is scanned on the POS, the “Oops!” message pops up. I had to tell them to click “receipts” instead of “start a return”.
