New Rollouts for 2025?

So far all I've seen is that the thresholds for metrics to be green have been raised in basically all categories, and that there will be a big push for green zones and loyalty drivers 100% of the time.

Just checked their SharePoint site and it looks like their docs are restricted to their team and L7+ now.
Level 7 in store ops I assume, as I also don’t have access to these anymore and I am level 7.

The metrics thing was announced a few weeks ago though to SDs and to everyone else a couple weeks ago.

Yeah, sorry, it would be L7 Stores Strategy and their partners presumably.
 
So I have a friend in another store in my district and they texted me today they were told LOD’s are coming back April 1st. I will ask about it tomorrow.

Hmmm LOD has been back for a while in my region. LODs theoretically never went away just the term. You were always supposed to have someone keyed as E on the leadership schedule that is the leader that opens the building. The creation of the closing TL role sort of lost the need for the term LOD as it only effected the opener.
 
Does anyone know if attendance has any effect on raises? I’m not worried for me as I only missed one day last year but, many of my team members call out tons.

Yes. Attendance is taken into account. Someone who busts their butt everyday and shows up should be receiving a bigger raise than someone who calls out a lot. My lead always praises me for my great attendance during reviews.
 
Great attendance doesn't do anything for me ever. I think the largest raise I ever got that wasn't from the move to 15 was 30 cents

Then they wonder why I don't bust my ass.

It’s not automatically taken into account no but a leader should use it when reviewing the year end performance. Like if you’re a fantastic tm but have called out 15 times there’s nothing that stops your etl from placing you as a 3 but realistically they shouldn’t be a 3.
