Rant : I'm a depressed cart attendant. Wanna move positions but nobody ever listens to me

I know it's an old post, but regarding the headphones thing- there was a legal issue at my store because of a hazard involving a guest, and the cart attendant not hearing it. I'm leaving out tons of specifics intentionally for legal reasons, but if you have your headphones on, it's difficult to respond to hazards. So please don't leave headphones in.
