We got ones that were labeled "ETL-Signing".

Did anyone else see in the Infant transition guide that building infant furniture displays no longer falls on the PMT and responsibility falls into Presentation instead? I am scared of what this foreshadows...

Anyone else feel like after 8 years of not having a specialist title, we still get signing in that says "Signing Specialist"? It makes me want to toss every box we get that has that printed on it.
*looks around suspiciously* I know some stores still have a signing specialist...like 100% for sure they do. Lol Weird.

They do? Like AAA+ stores?
I mean I'm listed as Signing Team Member but yeah we still exist.
I'm either A or AA.
But you aren't a specialist, right? Because that was taken away years and years ago.
You might be the signing tm and might consider yourself a specialist, but there is no official Target employee designation for this. On the organizational chart.
That's why I'm confused why I still get signing in that states ... Specialist.
My PMT is already behind on 3 infant crib displays. Might as well build it myself.
It swapped last year. My pmt is an asshole and refused to help because no work order. He did let me borrow the power equipment I needed though. Transition manual starts ptl, I told mine. Thinking I may actually find other stuff to catch up that week and make her do it...I noticed they actually made that change in the last transition. I laughed and then very nicely asked my PMT to build the furniture anyway. I do plenty of stuff that technically is his workload so it makes for a decent trade off.
If you have a good relationship with your PMT, they'll probably help.
Mine got permission from our pmtbp to let him train me. All I had to do was demonstrate "left loosey, right tight" and then joke about it. He then gave me his old drills, ( thank you. )There is no way my PMT will help, and now I can’t use his tools either.
Oh but wait. I thought there were no more presentation teams. So whos going to build infant furniture. Can't have in both ways. You have us or you don't pick one..Did anyone else see in the Infant transition guide that building infant furniture displays no longer falls on the PMT and responsibility falls into Presentation instead? I was told he had to send all of his old tools back.
I've always built our Infant furniture displays. The pmt said it was a display and not his problem. I also bring in my own tools from home to do it with.
Did you guys receive lighting shelves/fixtures for the skin care aisle? I'm missing mine.
